1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Moneytory Ledger application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description & Financial Disclaimer

Moneytory Ledger is a two-segment financial management platform: Personal and Business. This Service is not a financial institution, investment advisor, or tax consultant. Financial reports generated by the system do not replace official reports from a certified public accountant. Users are advised to consult a financial professional for significant business decisions.

3. Data Accuracy

The accuracy of financial reports depends entirely on data manually entered by users. For Business Plan users, the accuracy of double-entry journals and tax configuration is the responsibility of the relevant business Administrator. Moneytory Ledger is not responsible for data entry errors made by users.

4. Account and Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials (username, password) confidential. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information. Please report to us immediately if there is unauthorized use of an account or a security breach. We are not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account confidential.

5. Subscription Terms

The Service is available in 3 tiers: Free (Basic), Premium (IDR 30,000/month), and Business (IDR 80,000/month). Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (Midtrans). Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current active billing period.

6. Business Plan Specific Terms

The Business Plan Administrator is fully responsible for business configuration, team member management, and the approval workflow process. The invoicing feature only facilitates the recording and management of invoices within the system. Business data and users' financial information are kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moneytory Ledger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business losses, or reputational damage.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, user interfaces, and code contained within the Service are the exclusive property of the Moneytory Ledger developer. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Copying, distributing, or modifying this material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
